28 April 2009: Washington Capitals defenseman Mike Green (52) is called for interference after running into New York Rangers goalie Henrik Lundqvist (30) in the 1st period in the seventh game of the Eastern Conference NHL quarterfinal playoff game at the Verizon Center in Washington, D.C. The Washington Capitals defeated the New York Rangers 2-1 in the Eastern Conference NHL quaterfinal playoff to advance to the second round of the playoffs.
